Small but beefy! Steel rolling industrial cart

This is a little cutie, Industrial cart was used in power plant. This rolls nice and easy. Has blue enamel paint over steel. This measures 24 by 15 inches. 17 inches high to top shelf. Handle is 36 inches tall
