Believe it or not, this table top is covered entirely of matchsticks. The auctioneer jokingly said he must have been serving 50 years! This is just an incredible work of art. Three raised stars on the top and even the edges have stars etched into the sides for detailing. There are no legs with this, it is just the top. Constructed on a slab of heavy wood, it measures 48 inches by 22 inches by 2 inches thick. Most unusual!
