This was modeled after a home in Boxford, MA. When they were moving, they decided to sell this sweet model which had been on the front lawn. This is so cool, made with wooden clapboards and very realistic looking. The house has metal stakes which allow it to stick in the ground, but I think it would be cool hanging on a wall too. The dimensions are 24 inches long by 19 inches high and only 5 inches wide on side at widest point. SOLD!
