The only unfortunate part is that the best graphics are on the back of the crate, but you can always display it with the back side showing. Inside cover has handwritten date of 1898. I remember these old flags from my childhood. We always had a boat, and spent every summer on the water. This flag measures 8-1/2 by 14 inches with a rope hook and loop for hanging. These flags came with different symbols, and this one stands for In Distress! SOLD!
Love this old crate that was extremely well built. I don't think I have seen an old crate so sturdily built. The side reads Keep Away from Others (always good advice!) and Keep Dry. We believe it may have been for dynamite due to the wording and solid construction. Measures 22 by 15 by 10-1/2 inches high. Beautiful wide dovetail joints! SOLD!

I know a lot of people love to visit the goats when they come to Log Cabin. Horns was our original goat that we adopted from the SPCA to keep our old horse Ginger company. They were good barn mates. After Ginger passed away, we bought Missy to keep Horns company, and that was how the little goat herd began. We loved old Horns, and he had a good long life, but will be dearly missed.
We were headed to our friend's barn sale when we passed a dirt road and a sign reading barn sale. Barry asked if I wanted to check it out, and so I turned around. This was the first thing I saw, and I fell in love instantly! So glad he suggested stopping! One sided wooden sign reads Sunnyside Restaurant and Gift Shoppe. This is a big one, measuring 48 inches tall and 40 inches wide. Just imagine this hanging in a country kitchen or dining room. SOLD! :-(
Unusual wooden refrigeration trunk. Partial label inside reads Instructions for using your refrigerator. This has wide, wide dovetailed corners and some square nails dating it back to probably mid 1800's. Blackish green paint and inside has been covered with
wallpaper. Two handles and a little step back on top. I have never seen one like it. Measures 35 by 24 and stands 23 inches high. Very unique find! SOLD!
Ceramic pig in brilliant red with black detailing. He is big and will hold lots of pennies! Measures 17 inches long by approx. 10 inches high. No chips or cracks and he still has his cork stopper! SOLD!
This would come in so handy for pinning your patterns on to fabric. It has measurements along both edges. Very useful. Measures 2 yards wide by 36 inches tall. I think this would also look fantastic attached to the wall and used as a giant memo board, you could use tacks to attach your photos, ticket stubs, etc. Made of heavy cardboard.
