Small wooden toboggan and old ski boots

Small wooden toboggan is only a little over four feet long! Excellent condition with Lund label. Made in Hastings Minnesota. Vintage ski boots make a great winter display!

Great wooden box with leather handle

This is a cool old wooden box with jointed edges, and leather handles. It has dividers inside, perfect for storage or display.

Little tree in sap bucket

I acquired some of these old sap buckets and taps at an auction recently. I cut down a little tree in the woods just the right size for the bucket. I filled a mason jar with sand and put the tree into the jar. I centered the jar in the bucket and then covered it all with some straw basket filler. Then I tied a piece of homespun around the top edge and attached one of the little taps. The empty buckets with tap will be $5.00 each. Great country look!

Here is a closer shot of the bucket with tap. Some of the taps are older and rustier, and some of the homespun is green.

Our newest addition

We brought in this old cast iron Fairmount stove that will burn wood. I just love displaying my kitchen things on these old stoves.
