Railroad conductor's step stool

Used in the train station. The conductor would carry this with a pole, the pole would be inserted into the opening and set in place for passengers to get on and off the train. Sorry, no pole!

I moved the big pie safe out of the man room and back into the main store. Men don't like smelling candles anyway! Well, at least most of them! I love it in it's new spot! Pie safe is SOLD!

Built in milk box

Very cool milk box was designed to be built right into the home,usually in the kitchen. One side would open outside for the milkman to put the milk in, and the other side would open in the house for the milk to be retrieved. I saw an episode of This Old House, and the home they were working on had one of these, and the homeowners wanted to keep it as it had been used. This is one of my Oregon finds!

Pretty china hutch

This has been in storage for a while, but is back now! This beauty belongs to a friend who needed a spot to sell it. Measures 38 inches across by 19 inches deep at widest point and stands 75 inches tall. Two shelves and counter area plus two glass doors at bottom for more visible display space.

Hupfel beer crate

Wonderful orange Hupfel beer crate with cardboard and tin dividers. I think someone put this into service later as a cola carrier because it also reads Royal Crown Cola. So what is it? A beer crate or a soda crate? I don't know, but I like the way it looks! SOLD!
